Can the pass replace the badge or membership card?
Yes. The membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet carries a QR code or barcode read at reception or by compatible turnstiles. Members no longer have a badge to forget.
Can a sports licence be digitised?
Yes. The licence becomes a named pass showing the season, club, sport and category, updated automatically at renewal.
How do class bookings work?
Each booking generates a pass with the class, time, studio and coach. It appears on the lock screen before class and updates if anything changes.
Can we re-engage inactive members?
Yes. Wallet push notifications let you remind members to renew or suggest a class or partner offer, without an app or email.
Does the pass connect to our management software?
The Wallet Crew connects to your tools through connectors or its APIs. If your software is not connected yet, our team builds the connector or supports you.
