Ticketing, CDP and wallet: how they connected it

Already live: the Christmas Garden wallet card (2 million passes), Flex and Normal tickets, reduced fares, dog tickets and tickets with cable car. In progress: festivals and reserved-seating events.
Paris National Opera

Wallet ticketing FAQ
Does The Wallet Crew replace our ticketing system?
No. The Wallet Crew connects to your ticketing system, which remains the source of truth. The wallet ticket shows your system's information in real time: seat, time, venue change or cancellation.
How does access control work?
The ticket QR code or barcode is read by your usual access control scanners. Visitors no longer need to print their ticket or search for an email.
Can we notify visitors before or during an event?
Yes. The ticket surfaces on the lock screen as the event approaches, and you can send notifications: doors opening, time change, bar or shop offer.
Are season tickets and memberships supported?
Yes. Season tickets, memberships and visitor passes work as connected passes, updated at each renewal or plan change.
Which ticketing systems are supported?
The Wallet Crew has ready-made connectors for several ticketing systems on the market, including SecuTix. For another system, our team builds the connector or supports you.
