One Apple Wallet and Google Wallet infrastructure, two ways to adopt it
Plans for brands, retailers and venues, measured in passes added to Wallet over the year. A dedicated offer for platforms and software vendors that embed Wallet in their product. Every feature, every limit, no surprises.
One meter: passes added to Wallet
You pay according to the number of passes your customers add to their Wallet over the year and the number of physical locations that accept Wallet. Every use case is available from the first plan. The next plan takes over when your volume or your network requires it.

What each plan includes
Each plan builds on the previous one and adds features, grouped by what you do with Wallet: design, distribute, animate, use on site, measure.
The pass works on site: sign up, be recognised, get in, enjoy a benefit
Every store, venue or site that accepts Wallet becomes a place where the pass is useful. Locations structure enrolment, proximity messages, the Pass Scanner and the information shown on the pass.
One QR code per store
Every location has its own enrolment QR code. Each sign-up is attributed to its store and campaign.
Useful information on the pass
Address, opening hours, Wi-Fi code, contact: location details appear on the pass and update from your own systems.
The right message in the right place
Near a location, the pass surfaces on the lock screen with a tailored message, on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Recognise and redeem on site
The Pass Scanner or your POS reads the pass by QR code or NFC, recognises the customer, validates access and redeems the benefit.
From 1 to 500+ locations
Locations are declared and updated by API, by file or in the back office. Your plan follows the size of your network.
Add what you need
These add-ons combine with every plan unless stated otherwise and are priced in your quote.
Pass Scanner
Per-device monthly licence for iOS, Android and iPad. QR, barcode and NFC scanning, validation of access, invitations and benefits, settings per location.
Sending enrolment links
By SMS, RCS or email through our messaging partners, billed on usage.
Extra environment
One more brand or country, with test and production included. Volumes are pooled.
Additional data sources
A recommendation engine, an offer management tool or another system connected by API, on top of the included source.
Onboarding and migration
Customer success days, training, reviews, migration of your existing passes without your customers reinstalling anything.
Premium support and back-office SSO
Extended hours, on-call and a dedicated channel; back-office SSO from Scale.

Frequently asked questions about plans and pricing
How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on your plan, which is set by the number of passes added to Wallet over the year and the number of physical locations. Add-ons and set-up are quoted on top. No cost per notification, per user or per template.
What happens if we exceed our plan?
We let you know and you move to the next plan. No per-unit billing, no service interruption.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. We offer a guided demo on a test environment, with your own passes, before any commitment.
How long does it take to go live?
Between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the use case, the connector and your responsiveness.
Are use cases limited by plan?
No. Loyalty, customer cards, gift cards, coupons, tickets, invitations and badges are available from the first plan. Only volumes, network size and some advanced features vary.
Where is data hosted?
In France. The Wallet Crew stores no business data: passes are rebuilt on the fly from your systems.
What availability and support do you guarantee?
99.5% guaranteed monthly availability and a public status page. Support by email and portal, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm CET, response within 4 business hours; Premium support as an add-on.
Can we get our data back?
Yes, export at any time and access kept for 90 days after the end of the contract.
Can our AI assistants use the platform?
Yes, through The Wallet Crew MCP server: read access from Business, configuration with confirmation from Scale.
How is this different from Captain Wallet (Brevo Wallet)?
The Wallet Crew connects passes directly to your systems: the pass is rebuilt from your POS, CRM or ticketing, with no copy of your data. Enrolment forms, standard connectors, the Pass Scanner, AI access and pricing based on passes added, with no per-notification cost. Your existing passes migrate without reinstalling.
How is this different from a CRM platform that offers Wallet (Splio, Brevo)?
There, Wallet is one channel among others. The Wallet Crew is an infrastructure dedicated to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that plugs into your CRM, whichever it is: you keep your marketing tool and add connected passes, a Pass Scanner, forms and the latest Apple and Google features.
How is this different from building in-house?
Generating a pass is simple; keeping a connected, signed pass up to date on Apple and Google every year is a job. The Wallet Crew handles certificates, signing, updates, notifications, enrolment and scanning, and your teams keep control of templates without development.

Simple rules, written down
Pass added to Wallet
A pass installed in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by a customer. It is counted once over the year, even if it is updated, reinstalled or present on several devices. A ticket or an invitation counts as one pass.
Physical location
A store, venue or site that accepts Wallet: on-site enrolment, proximity messages, pass scanning.
Choosing a plan
Your plan is set by the higher of the two criteria: pass volume or number of locations. A 400-store network with 80,000 passes belongs in Scale; so does a theatre adding 120,000 tickets a year.
Overage
When your volume or your network exceeds your plan, we let you know and you move to the next plan. No per-unit billing, no interruption.
Environment
A space dedicated to a brand or a country, with its templates, users, test version and production version. Pass volumes are pooled across a customer's environments.
Set-up
Connection to your data, template configuration, tests and launch: an onboarding service priced in your quote, half at order and half at delivery. Allow 2 to 6 weeks.
